First off, a Hello to all the forum members, im new here.
Secondly, i had a question regarding copyright infringement. I am buying sports xml feeds to feature live sports updates on my site. (from www.goalserve.com)
Goal Serve claim that they have full authority to sell me the feeds as they are sourcing public information.
Under any circumstances, will i be held liable for using illegal feeds? Again, i am not leeching these scores from sites, i am officially paying for it.
Pls help.
