rule 49 of bar council

Rule 49 of bar council restricts full time employment for advocates who join practice..
but please, I want some clarifications regarding it..

MY question is..

AIBE exam is mandatory for those who want to practice in court.
but if lawyer has his own practice and has no full time employment but has part time employment then can he do practice with job??

If you wish to practice as an Advocate, then yes, it is mandatory to clear the All India Bar Examination (AIBE).

If you wish to gain some other employment after completing the law degree, you don’t need to give AIBE.
