fsl report

in complaint case if fsl report is against the accused and examiner of the will document never appeared in the court for evidence than the report is admissible in the court or not if any judgement please provide thanks

FSL report is not conclusive report.It should be supported by corroborated evidence.usually court admits the FSL report unless contrary is proved.

I fully agree with expert Sh. Bhartesh Goyal FSL report is inconclusive evidence.
