I have a business of Luggage and sell Suitcases and school bags. I have received a notice under section 394 of the MMC act. I have been directed to produce a valid license under section 394 of the MMC act or legal action will be initiated. Request son help in this.

Dear Queriest,
According to section 394 of the MMC act- Certain objects or animals may not be retained, certain crafts, procedures, and operations may not be conducted without a license and things that may be seized, destroyed, or otherwise disposed of in order to prevent danger or nuisance.
No person shall retain, or suffer or allow to be kept, in or upon any premises, except under and in conformity with the terms and conditions of the Commissioner's license.
Therefore I would suggest that if you have not committed any such offenses then don't be afraid and just appear in the court with enough evidence to prove your innocence by consulting a lawyer.
