Gpa for court cases, cross examination?

I am going to take GPA for a civil case, but during cross examination who will appear before court? principal or agent? GPA must registered? notarized enough??

If GPA appears before court for cross examination, can't be treated as an evidence, because he can't be valued as person with real inferntion!

A GPA must be registered with the sub-registrar's office to get legal validity. ... It is valid for the lifetime of the principal or the one who is awarding the GPA. It can also be revoked within the lifetime of the owner.

GPA Holder is not competent to give evidence on behalf of principal.  But he can depose the facts which are within his personl knowledge only.  

Principal cn give evidence though he exeuted GPA
