Poly clinic in a housing complex

Can our RWA set up a poly clinic in our housing complex in Gurgaon by alloting some common area space to doctors residing in the complex allowing them to provide paid consultation to residents of our housing complex? Is there any restriction or bar under bulding bye laws or societies registration Act in Haryana?

It is a settled law that no flat shall be let out or sold for business.Paid poly clinic comes under business.

Thanks sir. But we are proposing to set up this clinic in society's club house where we already have a restaurant running for residents.Is this also not allowed?
