Family Settlement.

In a case of family settlement where a sane grand son from predeceased son , refused to sign family settlement , when the family produced it before the court for distribution of bank debts according to list of family members given in setllement, as wished by deceased , said g.son received money share through cheque from Registrar of court, and oraly refusing said family settlement MOU.

If he signed the family settlement deed before the witnesses who are ready to testify, then you can file a suit  and court would hear the parties and witnesses to deed and will decide . It happens mostly when people take money and refuse to appear before registering authority.
