No demand notice or summon but police came

I don't have any documents. My dad take cash loan of Rs.15000/- and only shop owner written in his khata book. And just my blank cheque which on my name. I don't have demand notice nor court notice so it's any other options to find out case details online. Please let me know. 

Except for defending the case, there are no options, as you have for the first time stated that just my blank cheque which on my name.  The cheque was signed by you and you are aware that he has given and you have not objected or protested earlier.  It appears that the payee has obtained nonavailable warrants for your absence before the court. It is too late.
