criminal case

sir my age is 21 now .am A2 in ipc section 326 in 2019 ,,, actually am not in offence but they included my name in fir with their influence... because am selected in indian navy ,their intention is to spoil my life ..now indian navy rejected me due to criminal record.Now i want to become Advacat ,is any differences and consequences will rise in preserving LLB or becomeing Advacat .sir plz help me by answering this..................sir present status of my case is disposed in high court by comprising.......after indian navy rejected me the petitioner compromised in high court...the petitioner is my fathers your brother...and A1 is my own brother actually he attacked him bcz he is behaving abusing with my mother
