If I remember well, the ULC was scrapped but I am not sure.  Please file RTI Application to Greater Hyderabad  Development authority with fees of Rs.10/- in the form of an Adhesive court fee stamp and can seek information as follows: Please send RTI Application by pasting the stamp on the application through local speed post. and track the delivery status in Indiapost, get a screen print and attach it to your copy of the application.
