Compensation claiming from bmtc/ksrtc

Dear sir,

I am pvt company employee and taken monthly pass for journey. Now BMTC service will effected since 3 days. Find to travel difficult and pay more pvt services. So please let me know how can I lodge the complaint  for compensation.

And seconday travel to my native place I booked ticked now not able to travel KSRTC service .So Kindly suggest me How and where can I approach for compensation.

You can seek a refund but please note no refund is allowed for not traveling or canceling a ticket. 

Refund claims should be submitted via email at awatar@ksrtc.org or to call center on 9449596666. Claims should be made within 30 days from the date of journey.  Passengers need to provide their PNR no. or copy of ETM ticket and detail for reasons describing refund claim. In case of online payments refund will be credited to your credit card/ net banking but for the tickets booked at counter the passengers need to produce the original ticket and collect refund from the KSRTC franchise counters.
