what is prociger when investigation not completed in 60 days or 90 days.

Sir, I am police officer. and I want to know when investigation officer not completed his investigation in 60 days or 90 days, what is prociger to continued investigation.

Hey, the public prosecutor has to show the magistrate the progress made in investigation up until that point, so that additional 90 days time can be given based on his discretion.

Continue investigation with due diligence and sincerely without bothering for 60 or 90 days. However, if the accused is arrested s/he will be released after prescribed period of 60/90 days (as the case may be) when charge sheet/ inquiry is on-going.
