implanting a magnetic cheap or bar code and verify while filing will enable stoppage of misuse of the e- stamp paper.

Kindly note that a stamp paper should be purchased from registered stamp paper vendor..they get stamp papers after depositing amount at concerned govt stamp office .they have to put their registration no stamp on said stamp paper which are numbered.once it is used by writing name of parties  for any document it can not be reused..Good luck.n.b.sawant,advocate high court, mumbai

Sir

Kindly consider this situation (Being part of  my routine working)

I CALL TENDER FOR CONSTRUCTION WORKS  ATLEAST TWICE A MONTH.

Along with tender submitted (online) contractors submit two or three affidavits (standard formats-same for all tenders).

After declaration of tender result only winner is required to submit original documents for further procedures.

NOW COMES THE CASE OF LOOSERS

They have their stamp papers with them (THEY ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THEM IN ANY OTHER TENDER)

IF they use them

how to catch them?

there should be some ?

Remember that you may only obtain stamp paper from a legitimate stamp paper merchant, who must first deposit money with the relevant government stamp super mario bros office. The stamps they use must be registered, thus they must be affixed on numbered stamp paper. It can only be used once to record the names of the relevant parties in a certain legal document.
