during trails can session court judge order to district legal services authority to victim compensation for victim rehab under
section 357 C.R PC

dr j c vashista i am victim in a criminal case. my case is under sections ipc 307,323,325,281,148,149

doctor opinion dangerous to life injury in head... head operation.. after operation am can not walk and docters gave to me a disiable certificate for whole life... can session court give me compensation from district legal services authority
