Status of Property after ULC

Hi, My question is that does an Undivided Ancestral Property loose its "Ancestral Property status" if effected under ULC, and reclaimed the same land after getting the clearance from ULC.

Thankyou in Advance.

Your query is not clear and just confusing.  State full facts of the case.

Sorry, will elaborate my query, We have an Undivided Ancestral Property, and the same property was effected under ULC(Urban Land Ceiling), So my family have applied for exemption of the same land, and got exempted or NOC after paying certain amount to government on my 3elder brother's name as they are Head of the Family, now my brothers are trying to deny my share. Upon having meetings with my brothers they are telling that it is no more an "Undivided Ancestral Property" as it is effected under ULC, and NOC(Proceedings) was given on our names.
So my query was does an Undivided Ancestral Property loose its "Ancestral Property Status" if effected by ULC.

You shall file a partition suit in the court by consulting a local advocate.
