Can create problem in police verification?

Person A fights with B on petty issue police reaches the spot and apprehend both and files complaint based on statement of person B ,after sometime Person B withdraws his complaint .Can this incidenct create problem In A's police verification? Does police keeps the complaint in its record?

In future Person A applies for police verification can this incident create hurddle in verfication.

Only complaints which are turned into FIR's become the part of police criminal history.

Yes, FIR will be treated as criminal history. In your case, I think only statement is recorded by police.
