Mact claim amount taxabe or not

AMOUNT RECEIVED RS.650000/- ON ACCOUNT OF MACT CLAIM TDS HAS BEEN DEDUCTED RS.120000/- BY INSURENCE COMPANY, HOW CAN WE CLAIM THE TDS AMOUNT DEDUCTION UNDER WHICH SECTION OF INCOME TAX ACT

Insurance company can't deduct tax at source on the awarded compensation and interest accrued thereon.
