Rights of daughter in either of the parents property.

if daughter is not alive has the son of the married daughter any right in the property which is in the name of the mother. please help me with this question. Thanks

yes totally , All Hindu’s come under Hindu Succession Act, there is no difference in the right over property. Daughter have equal rights par with son in ancestral property. Daughters + married daughters + sons have equal rights, there is no difference.
