How appropriate section 54 & 55 in this wakf land issue

Area: Mussoorie, Andakhet, Landor Bazaar, Uttarakhand

The Muslims have been living on the land of the Waqf Board for 40 years and from time to a committee in Mussoorie region formed in the direction by Waqf, by the general secretary in their committee, the slips were issued for rent but today, sections 54 and 55 have come, which the Waqf Board has accepted as the basis (Dehradun) states that the rent slip which has been deducted by the Waqf Committee (Mussoorie) is illegal today and we have not asked to collect any rent since 2009 in the last 10 years. However, the committee constituted by Waqf continued to issue rent notices. Meanwhile, a case of 1514/2016 number was going on in the Nainital High Court, which had nothing to do with demolition, but also showed this order in the notice so that those who are in possession are scared, the Waqf Board says that in Mussoorie The management of the Waqf Board committee (mussorie) has made a mess by eating money and we do not have a record of the rent received from the tenants. And we have never spoken to pay the rent, as we always forced to empty or clear the occupied land by the people,  in which we have no fault and now we will leave the land empty.
My question is that if the committee is made by the Waqf Board itself, then the decisions taken by it should be valid again and all the rent receipts whose rent they have been taking for so many years. The Waqf board is sweeping its Palla and is trying to remove the one-sided occupation and dismantle the houses of people on wakf land
So What is appropriate to be done in this situation? Please indicate proper guidance.
