Relinquishment Deed

Can the amount of consideration received by the executors be mentioned in the Relinquishment Deed Registered out of free will before Sub Registrar?

No, In relinquish deed amount of any consideration in regards to cease of claim is never mentioned.Relinquish means to voluntary cease up the claim.

Any relinquishment ought to be based on love and affection. If not, a conveyance deed needs to be executed.
