Name correction

Mortgage deed was registered in my name Instead of writing vikash they wrote vishal. Now i want to know how to correct it.

You Registration Rectification Deed of Mortgage and attached PAN card, Aadhar Card copy for deviance, you sale deed and other documents also check.
