It all depends on facts and circumstances of such specific cases and the conduct of parties after such acceptance. (The contracts can also be oral and acceptance is also a part of the contract, not in writing, silence etc can be interpreted by councels to suit their convenience.EX instead of saying that he remained silent, it can be said that he has orally consented also )
