The parties to the contract agree for the dispute(s) (if any) to be adjudicated by the specified / agreed court /arbitrator.

Such a condition, though technically correct, is an abuse of the provisions of the Contract Act and is generally trap for the innocent party in the contract and deprives him/her for any meaningful judicial remedy..

1. Settlement or Arbritration of Disputes is legally to be decided with Mutual Consent clauses as may be recorded in the relevant document. ELSE by default the local courts has jurisdiction, where the deal was signed, shall have jurisdiction.
