What is the subject document ?

Why it is unregistered ?

What is your concern / locus standi qua the document ?

Kishor Mehta (CEO)     23 August 2020

An unregistered document has no evidentiary value, it can not be produced as evidence in a Court of Law.

All documents may not need compulsory registration.  Inform the contents and purpose of the documents and let experts guide you on such validity depending time-lapse of such execution and other alternates if any.
