Accused on regular bail from high court and shifted dubai

REPLY : 1. BAIL on section 420 IPC and convicted for 3 years from JMIC and appeal also dismissed now bail from Punjab and Haryana high court.

2 Non muslim that is HINDU

3. and his son is working in dubai and he used regulary 6 monhts tourist visa from the indian embassy and  after six month visited india for one day and return again.

Irrespective of the possibility of his extradition, his properties could be attached and the sureties held liable.
