plz give me right answer

I am working as GDS ABPM in Post Office & I'm in Final Year in College.
My working hours is of 4 hours.
can I can my duty times in 2 period; 9:00 to 11:00 AM & 3:00 to 5:00 PM, Is it possible if Subdivisional Inspector gives me written permission??

No, I'm not anyone's examiner here.
2) GDS ABPM is a job in post office who delivers all the post related to post office
3) Subdivisional Inspector (Postal) is the head of subdivision include all the post office in the subdivision

I asked for answer here bcoz I think that here are some good person & lawyers who helps other people to solve their problems

GDS is Gramin Dak Sevak who delivers post in rural areas & job is based on Time Related Continuity Allowance of 4 hours. GDS r not regular employees.
They r Extra Departmental Agents in Department of Posts.
I'm final yr clg student & 3 month before I selected in GDS job.
This job is only part time, so I asked can I continue my study while doing this job in shift so I can manage both

That time I asked about different things & this time I asked about time management possible between clg hours & working hours.
