I have filed a PIL related to anomalies and illegalities by state government in admission process nd tuition fee collection policy in aided and unaided engineering and architecture colleges in karnataka .meanwhile I filed two IA s also but court is not listing the matter since 31st December. IA s also not being listed for hearing and high court. my two memos for listing also rejected saying no urgency. but matter is urgent since admission process for engineering nd architecture colleges has begun with same anomalies and violations of supreme court orders. now what is remedy available. or shall I which was the writ petition and go to supreme court. pl kindly advise me..enclosing daily orders and petition copy herewith
