Pls elobarate the facts. Suppose, if the victim is wife, she has different remedies under law. So, more details about the victim and nature of harassment etc. are required.

1. When the actual fight /harassment is being done by the Drunkard Person, you or the affected party may call the Police emergency number "100". Police will do the needful.
