OverSpeed

I have been issued with a notice for OverSpeed of light motor vehicle under section 112/183 of Mv act in Delhi through CCTV. Notice is of month of January 2020, however I somehow able to see it in July ,,, Status of notice on Delhi traffic police website reflects that payment to be in vcourt after adjudication however no detail of challan / notice for my vehicle is available at vcourt website ,,, Further amount for fine to be remitted is also not mentioned in notice ,,,, WHAT I REQUIRE TO DO NOW,,,, PLS SUGGEST ,,courts are closed due to lockdown

On the website of V-Court, certainly, there shall be a link to FAQs. Please go through the same. Or there shall be a provision to contact some authority by email and/or phone number. Please do contact such authority.

 

We are going through unprecedented difficulties because of this chines virus,  for which our systems and procedures are not able to cope up. or you can approach a Lawyer dealing in such matters and get guidance.
