What is the document such as cheque, hundi, promissory note, agreement etc. which find endorsed, "on demand"
Vague facts can not lead to form proper opinion and oblige.

1. "ANY" type of Money Transaction over 500/- on Cash basis, becomes invalid, if proper Revenue Stamp is not affixed. This is not applicable for ANY amount by cheque payments.
2. IF "On Demand" criteria is not fulfilled /honored, THEN it could result in Prosecutable offences under Criminal & Civil laws.
