Inherited property: what are my rights?

I am a married female Hindu and I have two children (one son and one daughter). I have inherited a house (self-acquired property of my father) with absolute rights from my father as per his Will. I want to know whether my children will get the rights over this house automatically. My children want to sell the house and want to purchase another property against my wish. They are claiming that it is their grandfather's property and they have right over this house. I want to know whether grand children get the rights automatically over their maternal grandfather's property.

As the property has come to you through will, you are the absolute owner of the property and your children has no right in it. Feel free to contact at sunayana122@gmail.com for further assistance.

Yes.  The property devolved to you only as per your father's Will.  so no one has rights on the property. However, consult a local lawyer.
