query regarding done wrong property registry by department

dear sir
I have purchased house in 2003 and done registry in2006. but now i observed that registry plot measurement is atteched wrong and found registed land and physical land both are different.and I have camplant in department and he told that this registry value is zero and cancel registry by court and get new registry and ware new registry cost in department
and my this case run in MP housing board infrastructure board Jabalpur Madhya Pradesh
kindly suggest me what is registry cancellation process in court and please confirm that old stamp duty will be refund or not ..

Who is the vendor (seller) of the subject plot ?

Did you not verify dimensions area of the plot/ property at the time of purchase ? 

What were you doing since 2003 to 2020 ? 

Instead of cancellation of sale deed, get a rectification deed registered if the vendor agrees.

Show the documents to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciaiton of facts, analyse, form proper opinion and advise.

You have to register rectification deed in sub-registrar office.
