Leakage of flat

my toilet and bathroom badly damaged due to leakage of the bathroom and toilet of the upper house. can I make a police complaint against him? can police has the right to take any appropriate action against the upper house owner? please suggest me

Dear the police will not act in this behalf better to send him legal notice and ask for damages, then u can file for recovery..Too hectic n long process.It is beter u talk to your neighbour

At first you have to give complaint to the municipal authorities and residential society. If there is not reply to you, then you can approach for issue legal notice.
