my brother had sold 1acre of land which came from our forefathers without permission/interference of his sister.what legal action can be taken on him by his sister? please help me....If it is the ancestral property,i.e.,if remains undivided through four male lineage,then immediately apply for the certfied copy of that Sale Deed executed by your brother and giving notice to that Seller and buyer within 30 days thereof institute a Civil Suit praying for cancelling such Sale along with temporary injunction thereon.After cancellation of such sale by the Court of Law ,the sister has to file a Partition Suit . |  |
