A settlement agreement is drafted, yes you can ask for both of those things nd put it there in the settlement agreement,
Parties applies for 1st motion then court will grant order to file for 2nd motion after 6month cooling off period, court can waive off this cooling period if need be.
then second motion filed and order of divorce by mutual consent is passed and you can get decree with 15-20 days generally.

When the divorce is on "Mutual" understanding, it means that every issue is discussed and settled well in advance.  One may ask or demand depending on his/her necessities, and the other if competent may fulfill the demands or can express inability.   Depending on the urgency of the other a settlement is made in advance.  It all depends on individual necessities.

can we ask for cash and jewellery.?
May or may not be depending on your necessity.

In several cases between employees, there are no demands in between spouses.

In the case of some, they have demanded crores as the husband is having such capacity, but after divorced wives donated that amount for charity and not touched single paisa stating that they are not beggars.

All the aspects would depend upon the conditions, mutually. Much care needs to devoted in drawing up the terms of settlement. May be, some bargaining and give and take i unavoidable before the settlement is reached.
