Police office not taking supplementary statement

We filed cheating case of land against owner since he cheated by keeping 492 survey number but shown plot in different location.

police filed chargesheet in favour of respondent without any fair investigaion

we came to know additional information and when asked ,Police not taking supplementary statement even we reported to Commissione of police.since all are same

Can we give directions from court if so please help with procedure

The police has filed charge sheet or closure report, recheck.

As stated by you, the police has investigated for a different plot, but how and why ? What is the number you have mentioned in the complaint ?

The dispute, if at all any, appers to be civil nature. The lmited facts posted suggests no intent to defraud. Moreover, plot number is a mere demarcation of property as assigned by the builder/developer while making the layout.
