498A is not only for asking for dowry, it consist of cruel (cruelty might be physically or mentally) treatment by husband or relatives of husband or harassment to wife by any kind

Then who has lodged the FIR? Is the information registered baseless?

No FIR can be registered without any allegation in the complaint u/s 498A IPC qua cruelty for demand of dowry.

You have stated that Section 323 IPC has also been mentioned in the FIR, implies that the complaint has been hurt voluntary by the accused.

What is the evidence to prove that the allegation levelled by victim / complaint is false as mentioned in the FIR ?

UNBELIEVABLE STATEMENT.

There is remote chance of quashing FIR if your statement is true.
