property dispute

There are three brothers. One brother of them is dead.deceased brother has only one daughter. Whose marriage was done by her father's two brothers by teamed up. now that girl needs a share in the property .So what should those people do so that the girl does not get a share in the property.

In order to answer your query, you should know the rights of the girl who is asking for her share in property and for that you should refer the link below:

The link explains in detail what rights in property a girl has after her marriage, in cases of both ancestral or self earned property.

In order to deny the claim of that girl, if the father left any wil before his death stating as to whom the property shall be inherited after his death would help you to deny her claim.

that I totally agree with all your details about 2005 amendment and succession act that why I wanted to know is there any possibility for not giving property to the deceased daughter becoz after 30,40 year she suddenly claiming about her share in property. and one more think there is no any will form karta .
