Appeal cost

Hi if the appeal is dismissed with costs, what is the minimum cost imposed on petioner ? we are respondents original civil suit is of year 1986 still appeal is pending as Regular Appeal year 2020 pla advice

The costs would be worked out in the Judgment itself. You may apply for certified Judgment.

You are required to forward a copy of judgment / order passed by the Court for consideration and obligation.

What is the opinion and advise of your lawyer ? Why do you need second opinion based on limited facts ?
