roomowner force me for advance rent for 1 month

I want to know that i want too leave the room but landlords forcing me for advance payment before leaving the room..by Which section i can file complain in police station

it depends upon your tenancy/lease agreement. if you have served upon the landlord a notice as required in the agreement, you do not need to pay the rent. however, if you have pending dues, then you may have to!
