Possession by title after 30 yrs

I am addressing two different properties in separate post here . I don't know why Mr. Om Prakash is treating it as same .

Property 1) Where my father who is alive holds the title which is under possession of my uncle.

Property 2) Where my Grand father holds the title he is not alive. He has left a will which permits my Father to get it transfer on his(my Father's) name. Rest is mention the query.

Now Mr. Om Prakash why you are creating confusion. I am getting proper advice from the other advocate(s)/jydge(s).If I had any further query I would have posted that in same thread.
