Precaution while signing an agreement with usa citizen

What precaution we should take while signing a Service agreement with US Citizen? If we don't want Arbitration, can we finalize/select the Indian Court Jurisdiction and Laws of India? Can we have Arbitrator seat in India?

Hello Sanjeev!

While signing any contract check the terms and conditions of the contract, obligations and penalty cluase, dispute resolution, termination and its effect is very very important.

As far as Arbitration is concerned, it is advisable to have seat in India.
