No possession till 4 years

sir
I have booked a flat in Bharat city in 2016 which they promised to give possession in 2017
yet till now there is no sign of building flat there
initially they send demands also and 6 lacks have been paid thru PNB loan and 1.5 lacks by me
I am paying interest on this loan every month
whenever I inquired they replied that construction will start soon
but starting January 2020 they even didn't reply
what should I do?

Dear querist,

Take legal action againt the developer. Send legal notice and later on approach consumer forum and file complaint against the developer.

You shall approach the Consumer Forum of your District against the builder/developer.
