hearing of civil court

if the accused will be absent on 30-04-2020 due to lockdown.then what steps should be taken plzz suggest.he is going to absent twice during lockdown period

The accused will be given due weightage to current situation and no coercive action shall be initiated, however, she/ he should (must) appear on next date of hearing.

Nothing is in your/our hands and discretion.  Ultimately it is the court that has to decide depending on representations of the prosecution.

That is known to everyone and even courts understand that and shall post case for next date, no adverse orders may be passed.

How is that the accused need to appear in  a civil court -is it not the criminal court (JFMC - perhaps)? Anyhow, the matter would be posted for the next date. This could be ascertained from your advocate and/or the e-Court.

Be clear whether the case is civil or criminal as accused do not come in any civil case.
