Marriage dispute

i have some problem with my wife.now she is in her parents home from 1 year.now we want to talk but her parents teelling that meeting they want at home but we want neutral place.can we afraid of any recordings or not.or we go .we dont want divorce

Dear Sir, Its suggestable to send a legal notice demanding your wife to join your conjugal society.

Mr.Manish, you should file section 9 petition immediately which will give you relief and save you from any penal consequences in future if your wife under pressure of her family files any case against you or her family takes a wrong step against you only to harass you.

You may file a petition U/S 9, HMA,1955, for the restitution of conjugal rights in which the guilty party (the one who leaves the spouse) is immediately required to return to aggrieved party. In case of inter religion marriage the same can be done through Section 22, Special Marriage Act, 1954.
