MACA CASE

(MACA)motor accident claims appeal which is filed on 2011 but my advocate says that it will take lot of time.but in my query it is known that during 2017 the suit become in a defect.which is not cured till this date.even then my advocate is misleading me.what can i do to clear the path of my suit in this stage?
