Regularisation of adhoc employee

i have been working since 2004 as assistant professor in University in Gujarat. I receive full salary as per government norms. Also i am fully qualified for regular post. Our university always treats as untouch as compared to regular employees. Is there any procedure for me to get regularized.

There is a Supreme Court judgement which forbids regularization of the employees recruited without proper procedure.

 

So please specify what procedure is laid down for recruitment and what procedure was followed in your case.
