Remarriage

Is it possible for a husband -wife to remarry again after being get divorced by court of law. ExHusband - Exwife sorted out their problems and wanted to live together again. What are the legal proceedings to do so. Will there be any legal hindrance for future ?

Hello,

Remarriage is possible. You need to again go through the same process of marriage again and get yourself registered under the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act.

There's no provision in law that stops divorced couple from remarriage. You need to follow the same process (fulfilling all the essentials required for a valid hindu marriage) and get your marriage registered.
