clubbing of case

The Supreme Court in the case of VANI AGRO ENTERPRISES vs THE STATE OF GUJARAT, specifically mentioned that there is no provision in the CrPC for consolidation of cases. However, the Supreme Court directed the trial court to fix the same dates for all cases for the convenience of the parties.

So, you can ask the honorable court to fix all the cases on the same date.

I beg to differ.     Complaints can be clubbed in the case of different complainants and similar facts.

Plaints can't, however, be clubbed.
