delay in arbitration proceeding whatever are. the steps can taken

Is any delay or deliberately delaying the arbitration process by default party , what and how it can be resolved
Or what will happen after completing time limit of 12 months of grace period allowed by high court . The 24 months already been completed and in favour of original respondents

When did limitation expire ? What is the justified reason for non-proceeding within limitation ?

It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts / documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.

Respondent don't have ready to show actual truth, they are cheater which is already traced out by police on investigation, they file charge sheet also, arbitrator inform them to file application still they always stand as yet to lawyer appoint, frequently lawyer left by lawyer own
